Rates

We perform our work based on an hourly rate which the lawyer-mediator will discuss with you beforehand. The agreed hourly rate is exclusive of 21% VAT.

Depending on the nature of the case and the expected amount of work involved, the lawyer/mediator may ask for an advance payment before starting. In some cases, a lump sum can be agreed on for a fixed amount of work.

Next to the hourly rate, clients may be charged additional costs such as court registry fees (see https://www.rechtspraak.nl/english), bailiff's expenses, translation rates, certificate costs, etc.

We provide monthly reports that specify the work performed and any additional costs. The agreed advance payment and the charged costs must be met before the start of the work.
