You can first approach your own lawyer with your complaint. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can turn to another BSS lawyer, who will then act as a complaints officer.
We will collaborate with you to solve the problem as soon as possible. This solution will always be confirmed to you in writing. We will provide you with a written response to your complaint within four weeks of its filing. Our firm has a fixed protocol for handling complaints, as described in our Complaints Procedure.
